Saturday August 13th – August Rush Road Rally*

Rally Graphic Here to ThereIron Jack and Fast Frank are at it again! They have been busy putting together another whimsical mobile scavenger hunt that will have you enjoying the twisty roads of western Pennsylvania in your Porsche. Our gimmick rally’s are always a fun endeavor to enhance the bond with your Porsche (maybe not so much with your spouse / significant other…). The event will have you following precise route instructions as you look for answers to route confirming questions that will take you on a beautiful summer drive through the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania.

Our gimmick rally’s are low-key, non-timed events that will take two to three hours to complete. The rally will end at a restaurant where you will enjoy telling the trials and tribulations of your drive with friends over lunch. Following lunch, Iron Jack and Fast Frank will bestow awards among the top finishers.

Saturday September 17th – ARPCA Car Control Clinic – 11th Annual

This is a PERFECT opportunity to learn more about you and your car in a controlled environment.  We will be using the Vehicle Dynamic Area (VDA- six plus acres of pavement) to provide an exhilarating educational experience!  The Car Control Clinic is hands-on, in-car training combined with classroom discussion of vehicle and human dynamics. Four hours of in-car instruction is scheduled for students to practice the driving exercises introduced in the classroom. The goal is to introduce students to the skills and sensations associated with controlling a motor vehicle during accident avoidance and defensive driving maneuvers.2012 CCC On the Skid Pad

The Clinic can teach students what typical driving schools can’t: The proper response when something unexpected happens while driving a car – and provide the opportunity to practice these exercises in a safe environment.  This event will sell out for the 11th straight year so do not miss out!
