Greetings and Salutations,
What do the following films have in common? Le-Mans (1970,) Against All Odds (1983,) No Man’s Land (1987,) and Bad Boys (1994.) If you said Porsches that’s obvious. Full marks if your answer was a Porsche 911. Driven by Steve McQueen, Robert Redford or Will Smith the 911 has made its mark in popular cinema. Why the 911 trivia? It matched well with the month as Porsche launched their new 911 Carrera and Carrera S in October 2008.
In non-trivia news fall is fully upon us. As the leaves change, they make an excellent backdrop for photos of your Porsches. A perfect photo of your beloved 911, 944, 356, Cayanne, Taycan, or Boxster would look great on ARPCA.com. We are always looking for new submissions to feature and share.
Please submit notice of any event that you plan to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you finalize the date. To appear in Rundschau notice must be received 45 days prior to the 1st of the month on the cover. Event notices that arrive late will be promoted here. Include the date and time, a short description of the event and cost, and whether registration is required.
