Esteemed members of the ARPCA, As the crisp air of autumn settles in and the days grow shorter, there’s no better time to get behind the wheel of your Porsche and hit the road. Fall offers more than just a change in temperature—it transforms the Allegheny region into a kaleidoscope of color. Whether you’re winding through tree-lined backroads or cruising scenic highways, the brilliant reds, oranges, and golds of the season create the perfect backdrop for unforgettable drives. Find the best seasonal colors with the Explore Fall Foliage Map. ARPCA’s fall calendar is in full swing! On October 18th, the Women of ARPCA will enjoy a casual, Porsche-only drive to Beachwood Place Mall. From October 24–26, members are invited to Virginia International Raceway for a top-tier HPDE event with NNJR-PCA. On October 25th, Porsche Pittsburgh hosts an open house, and on the 28th, the Touring Crew heads to the Allegheny Grille for a scenic lunch outing. November brings a Women’s Cigar & Bourbon Experience on the 5th, our monthly meeting at Hahn Auto Restoration on the 13th, and the ARPCA Holiday Party at the Grand Concourse on the 15th. December features another Touring Crew drive on the 2nd and the final monthly meeting of the year on the 11th at Porsche Pittsburgh. More information and links are provided below. Andy Is Having An Art SaleDue to certain occupational hazards, I have way too many art prints. Some are framed, some are just loose posters. All are originals, not reprints. There are a few Porsche racing posters from the 1970s. These are roughly 30 x 40 and show varying wear and/or patina. Also a framed Momo Bennetton steering wheel and some other cool stuff.

Women of ARPCA – Let’s Drive! – October 18th 
Ladies it is time to get behind the wheel of your P’car and Let’s Drive to Beachwood Place Mall to do some shopping! This is a Porsche car only, LADIES DRIVE event. Right seat passengers and back seat drivers of either sex are welcome, but this is a Ladies Drive event. This will be a casual drive. The Mall is approximately a two-hour drive. |
| VIRginia International Raceway With NNJR-PCA – October 24th – 26th
Northern NJ PCA has invited members of the ARPCA to attend an HPDE event at Virginia International Raceway. Come join NNJR for three great days at the Virginia International Raceway, this is one of the premier events on the PCA DE calendar. NNJR has the largest and longest-running HPDE program in North America, this is our 55th year of Safe, Serious, Fun. We will drive the full course all three days, open to all drivers and all marques except open-wheeled cars. All cars must have integrated fenders. Non-PCA welcome. |

Porsche Touring Crew –Allegheny Grille – October 28th
Join the Porsche Touring Crew for a scenic drive to the Allegheny Grille in Foxburg, PA, with lunch at noon on October 28, 2025. Open to ARPCA members and guests, attendees pay for their own meals. Registration is via MotorsportsReg.com and closes October 24, 2024. A voluntary donation will support the 2025 PTC charity, The Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank. |

 Rundschau Cover Photo Contest
The Rundschau Cover Photo Contest is back! Submissions must be at least 1 megapixel, well exposed, in focus, and have subject matter related to Porsche, ARPCA or ARPCA Members. Selected photo will appear on cover of Rundschau. If a child appears in a photograph, permission from the child’s parent to use image must accompany photo.

Rundschau’s member-only classified ad section, The Mart, is now available under its own tab on ARPCA.com. To place a listing, send the information, including a 1 megapixel or higher photo of the item to be listed to editor@arpca.com. The ad will appear in the next issue of Rundschau, but should appear on the website within a week. There will be some lag between notification and de-listing so please notify the editor as soon as an item is no longer for sale. You should also email the editor each month if you wish to have your listing continue. Currently Available on the Mart: Two 356 Porsche Seats. |
