Greetings All – We are going forward with our meeting this Thursday, April 9th, at 7 pm. Unfortunately, we will not be getting together at Randy’s place Goosebumps, but instead, we will teleconference.

The meeting will be no more than 1 hour – firm. To ensure a good experience, just a few notes of large conference call etiquette to observe:

• Allow the presenter to deliver the full presentation before jumping into the conversation. After the presenter gives his/her report, the presenter will ask for feedback.
• Mute is your friend – please use your mute button anytime you are not actually talking to the group (conversely, don’t forget to un-mute when you have something to say)
• Be aware of other conversations or noise around you, including keyboard clatter, barking dogs, revving engines, etc. For more on this, see above – Mute is your Friend!
