Follow Up – Franco’s Trattoria PTC January 27^th 2026

We literally had a full house today at Franco’s Trattoria in Peters Township. Which was unexpected as the weather was very cold with 11+ inches of drifting snow. We filled a table with hungry but happy Porsche touring crew members.

Looking around the table, I saw a steaks and tortellini, some fish delicacies including Boston Scrod, salmon and shrimp. Everything looked amazing and was delicious. I also got to introduce a special guest.

Kristin Huibregtse, the executive director and founder of Always B Smiling, an organization that is changing lives for individuals with disabilities. She spoke for several minutes before lunch about the tragic loss of her son, and how it gave her the incentive to create the wonderful organization she now runs which helps people with disabilities everyday. Certainly, a beautiful story and a great charity, one which the PTC will be supporting at its lunches and with its oil can donations, this year.
