Porsche Touring Crew August Lunch
The Touring Crew visited the Wexford Walnut Grill. There were 30 members of the touring crew gathered starting at 11:00 pm for our noon lunch. The plan was to spend time outside to share memories and talk cars. That plan changed due to the weather. We have had rain force us inside on a few dates but never heat. This day we opted to be inside because of the 92-degree temperature. Those assembled still had a good time of car talk. A special blessing is we had Lee Paley from England who came with the Passmores. It is wonderful to welcome guests to any of our lunches.
Please mark your calendars for our fall events. The first lunch is September 24th which will take you on a delightful drive down to Deep Creek in Maryland for lunch at Dutch’s Silver Tree. The second lunch on October 22nd is going in another direction heading to Foxburg Pennsylvania for lunch at the Allegheny Grille sited on the banks of the Allegheny River.
Finally, a reminder we have no lunch in November. Our final event of 2024 will be December 10th at Franco’s in the south hills. This will not be a lunch but an early dinner at 4:00 pm.
